Well, well, well......

yet almost another month has past since I have written on this thingy! and now, I can tell you why I have honestly NOT felt like getting on it and posting!!!!

I am 14 weeks pregnant in the below picture! Today, I am 15 weeks!! ;)

What an amazing journey for me AND Brian at 30 years old! Brian & I are so very excited!!! We have been in shock, I believe for the first few weeks, but now, we have been so amazed at the growth and way God gave us this special gift to bring into the world!!! God is Great!!!!

I have felt "blah" pretty much all day long for several weeks, but at the same time I realize that I could be A LOT worse! I do wonder why they don't call it "all day sickness" rather than "morning sickness". HA! I have continued acupuncture and I believe that has also helped me with my symptoms! My very Chinese acupuncturist tells me "I help you with ALL symptoms!" and I believe him! He helped me with my Endo back pain and I was able to get pregnant!!! Again, pure amazement, when we went in to this acupuncture journey VERY skeptical! :) No longer, says I! I believe it! and feel great with it!! :)

Brian has been fantastic, not that he has not always been fantastic, but many trials in life make you appreciate the great people you have in your life! :)
My parents, John & B's parents and Jason & Jenn are so excited too!!! :) Thank ya'll all so much!!!

This past Friday (June 11th) we went to our check up with the doctor! Dr. Givens tried to find the heartbeat with the Doppler wand.....with no success......scary thoughts going through my head for sure at this time.....but she gets a portable Ultrasound machine.....and Lo and Behold....we find out WHY we can't find the heartbeat.......the baby is Jazzercising in my belly! and amazingly enough, I didn't feel a THING!!! We saw it flex one of its hand and saw all the fingers....we saw it bouncing all over tar-nation....we saw it turning it head left and right......we saw it's little knees bend up when it was bouncing around......and Dr. Givens says "what in the world are ya'll going to do? looking like a very busy baby!" I guess we will be chasing the little thing from here to kingdom come! WHEW!
Watch out world Baby B is going to make an entrance I believe!!! :)

and some other exciting news.....I am going back to College!!! Well, I mean, not to get another degree, but for a Summer class in Photography at the Memphis College of Art here in Memphis!!!! Check out the website! They seem to have some interesting faculty and alumni!! Brian is giving this to me for my birthday! I am so excited! and he is getting a big kick out of saying "what does it feel to be a college student again?" or "man, I never thought that I would date a college student again!" (and of course I said "don't you mean, didn't think you would be married to a college student?" ha!) and he then says "did you ever think you would be pregnant and in college?" He is just full of himself!!! but I think this is a perfect gift for me to learn LOTS of good tips, since the baby is coming and it is going to have to get used to the flash....as ya'll all know, I am a picture taking person anyways! :) so, I will post pictures from my classes, IF they turn out.....only time will tell! It is for July! 2nights a week for 3 hours a class! Wish me luck!!!!!

Below is a Praying Mantis on my Oh So Screaming Flowers saying "IT IS HOT OUT HERE PLEASE WATER ME!" Cute!!! :)

My good friend and Co Worker, Leslie, came by work one day when she was off and surprised me with this Sunflower she had gotten at a Farmers Market! I thought it was beautiful! Thank you Leslie for such a nice surprise on a crazy day!!! :)

Memories!
The last weekend in May, Memphis Zoo hosted another annual Zoo Brew!! Of course, I was able to be B's DD and I think he LOVED that!!!! :) but we met up with 2 of my Co Workers and Friends, Caitlin & Lisa and their company, to enjoy all the beers they had to offer! I will admit, I enjoyed taking a sniff of the ones that B would try! Summer = beer! ;) So, they partook and enjoyed! :) I had a fun time just laughing at all their stories and enjoying their company!

Michael (Caitlin's significant other), LOVES to jump into a picture at the last minute! These people are called something....shoot! I can't remember, but Michael is hilarious and very fun to be around! and I just love to hear him talk too, he is from Australia!!!!

Lisa & I!

well, Thanks for visiting! Hopefully I will get better at posting things now that I kind of have an interesting subject.....Baby B! :) I am keeping my fingers crossed that on our next dr visit (7/1), that they will be able to see the gender of the baby! but I am not getting my hopes up! The baby will probably lay cool as a cucumber and make it hard to see instead of jazzercising for the doctor! Only time will tell! I'll keep you posted! :)
Have a great week!
Stay Cool!
It is 95+ degrees with heat indexes of 100-105 here! WHEW WE!!!!!
Happy Summer, yes?? HA!!!
