In my previous post, I told you about our boss and her diagnosis.
Jane is stationed at University with us.
We got to see her everyday.

So, we just had a get together with JUST US!

Surgery!

Pierce has been suffering for a long time with not being able to breath through his nose, constant snot and quite a few ear infections with fluid behind the ears that would NOT go away!
2/19/15
He had his adenoids out and tubes put in his ears!
Can you say nerve wracking for Mom and Dad??
Dr. Klug was AMAZING!  What doctor says "thank you for trusting me, I am going to treat him as one of my own, I understand what it is like to be on the parent side of things!"
:)
He did soooooooooooooo good, was so brave and was such a trooper!
Headed to the surgery center @ 615am.
 Waiting!
 He LOVED his gripper socks!
 Tiny gowns!
Pierce was really not ok with going to smell the awesome Strawberry Air that he picked out.  So, they let me go back there with them while they put him to sleep.  I was NOT looking forward to it, but the staff was so encouraging and with Pierce being so good....it was fine!  They even told me I was hired because I just talked like nothing was going on!  ha!  Nervous talking I guess!
 Recovery.
He woke up so well.  Of course they prepared us for the worst!  But he was honestly so good!!
Some of Pierce's girlfriends of daycare were sending him messages through out the day!
OH!  and Pierce got to go through this cool tunnel with toys in it...... to pick out a toy before surgery.  This is what he picked out!  A grabber!  The minute we got home he wanted to try to pick up some ice!  :)
Then we had to let bear have some apple juice!
He LOVED his dinosaur bandage where his "straw" was put into his arm for fluid!
We even got to pick my buttercups that morning!
Then crafts began, because he felt AWESOME!  :)

Then he begged to go back outside to GRAB ice!  We only stayed 10 minutes!  It took more time to get him bundled up than to play!
 More crafts/drawing!
Reid has enjoyed some days with Nona and Papa to himself!  Hamburgers and French Fries!  :)
 PUDDING!

More love messages from the girls!
Are they not the cutest???
 more crafts/drawing!
GRAVE DIGGER!
and ICE CREAM for everyone!!
Pierce has had several milkshakes!  and MJ and Spot sent him his favorite ice cream!  :)

Thank you to EVERYONE that said prayers for peace and comfort!
Thank ya'll so much for all the craft happies, food happies and notes of encouragement!  They have come in handy trying to keep a 4 year old "quiet" and well fed!
Thank you Nona and Papa for fighting the snow to get Reid and keep him!  I know he has had such a fun time with every "mower" out in the house!  At least Nona will have dust free floors!  :)
We love you all so much and appreciate EVERYTHING!!!
