So, it goes a little something like this....
Reid got croup.
P got a cough.
We had good moments and bad.
3 doctor visits later and antibiotics, THEY ARE BETTER! :)
Now, Momma Here, has RSV, that the boys gave me (thus why I am up blogging rather than sleeping - the coughing is keeping me up!)
We stayed home for 4 days.....recovering. Even though tempers flared, tons of tears were cried...they needed it and they are back to my sweet little boys!
Reid sat in my lap for an entire day. He NEVER sits. Even tho he was sick, I so enjoyed the snuggles! and he cuddled with his new Puppy from Nona & Papa for Valentines Day! Thank you for our sweet happies! We have enjoyed getting them early!
This is a good moment!
Another good moment, both boys loved Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2!
I think we watched it at least 5 times before we had to get it back to the Red Box!
Super Bowl fun was a good moment!
They loved dipping into the cheese dip! Reid loved to dip and hand you your chip! He didn't eat it of course! :)
OH! It snowed or 'nowed (as Pierce would say) a little!
P wanted to go out so badly and play his "dirts" (construction trucks) in the 'now, but they were so sick, I just couldn't, in good faith, let them!
We got NEAT new tools for our Playdoh from Grandmom and Poppy! Thank you so much for the fun Valentine Happy Early! Pierce and I love to smell it! Reid sticks his tongue out when he TOUCHES it! ha!
- Side note: What IS it about Grandparents wanting to give the happies early!?? :)
I'll know one day won't I?
They ARE sick here, but they are on an upswing! :)
This is Sunday! The best day! They were back to normal! After Momma got home from work, they "he'p'd" me make the bed/change the sheets! I was just so happy they felt better I let them jump a long time! Reid wouldn't corporate for a good picture! :)
Like I said they are back to normal! I am so thankful! Reid sounded so awful! It was truly one of the most scary experiences I had had with my kiddos so far. The COUGHING and the breathing was so labored! Then once I get him sort of on the mend, Pierce decides he is going to throw up one night...and fight it all night.... "Me not want to throw up Momma, me NOT WANT TOO!" It was all the drainage in his throat that was c'oking (Choking) him up! Poor Nona came in the middle of this disaster! She was a great big help to me in the middle of the night! THANK YOU SO MUCH for losing sleep and feeling like you had been hit by a bus! :) As Brian kept saying "is she wanting to blaze a trail OUT OF HERE yet?" :)
Again, I am just so thankful they are back to normal.... I hate to even say that because I don't want to JINX it! eek!!
