Celebration Station!

Saturday (12/3/11) was the big celebration with cake, presents and BALLOONS! Mrs Brenda said that she was going to have TONS of balloons when we came to visit at Christmas because P LOVES them! :)

We had lunch, opened presents and had some delicous cake (Cake Courtsey of Jerry Joyner - EVERY ONE has to have a Jerry Joyner cake in their lifetime)! Pierce was extremely shy during the "open presents" time, but didn't cry, just clung to me the whole time!!! and I even made a "Photo Booth" area!! :) I took over 200 pictures (some of those done by Uncle Jason & Aunt Jenn - Thank you guys!), so this blog post WILL be long, so BEWARE, ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! :)

It was so fun!! and it was great to have both sides of the family under one roof at one time!!! :)

He is actually spitting the cake OUT here, he just dove back into the icing! :) But he didn't get NEARLY as messy as we thought! He did use the icing as hair gel because afterwards his hair was STANDING up on ends! ha! :)

So, I made a Photo Booth! I think SOME thought it was silly,but I made EVERYONE participate! :) It was fun to see what people did when you weren't looking!!! :) I thought they turned out really good!!! ;)

• You are WALKING!!! Everywhere! You started really walking on November 17th, 2011! Running is next! ;)
  
• You are still just talking up a storm! New sounds: "Ohhh, Ohhhh, Ohhhh" & it sounded like you said "What's that?" the other day! :) and I heard it more than once! :)
• You are really having conversations with yourself!!!
  
• You are clicking your tongue!
• You are BLOWING Kisses! It is the SWEETEST thing! Trying to catch it on video...
• You STILL love your bath!!! ;)
• You are in LOVE with animals more and more every day! Do we have a Vet on our hands??
  
• You had your first Thanksgiving feast and you LOVED some dressing!!
• We saw our 1st bout of bashful/shy - ness from you over Thanksgiving!
• You really get your feelings hurt when you "get in trouble!"
  
• You LOVE Sesame Street & Yo Gabba Gabba like crazy!!!
  

I KNOW there are a lot more things that you are SO doing, but right now, Mommy is having a brain freeze!!!!
