Shocker!!

Friday night, I was changing P's diaper, we were about to run around the house before dinner time and bath time, and of course he was going to get to stay up later 'cause it was Friday night! ;)
He is laying there, with his Thomas the Train and he is tossing it towards his feet.
All of a sudden he says "I want that" as clear as day, just like we would say it.
I literally stopped and stared at him. It was like I had seen a ghost. I couldn't move, I couldn't speak, I couldn't even respond. P got a worried look on his face, laid VERY STILL and stared back AT me! I finally was able to say "what did you say?" and of course he was back to his jibber jabber!
I laugh about it now, but I literally was in shock! IT WAS SO CLEAR! Other things he has said has been in between his jumble, but not this, it was clear as a bell.
So, my little boy is growing up.... :)

As you can tell, I was in such shock about the recent talking that I forgot to put his pants back on!

Several weekends ago we visited the Childrens Museum of Memphis! We LOVED IT! We loved it so much we got a membership for the year!

Ooooo, 14 months!!!

Accomplishments and Amazement's!

• P is "knocking" on the door! It is so cute! He knocks with his pointer finger and thumb instead of all the fingers!
• He is chattering up a storm! He has been saying "chicken, What's that?, I want one, Daddy," and unfortunately I think he is calling me "Stacy", so we are working on "momma" better. MJ will tell me every day a new word that she thinks he is saying with the kids! I just can't get over the things he is learning from them!
  
• Just in the past week he has been washing his hair for us!
• He will bring us a book and start backing up to us like "beep beep" I am fixing to sit in your lap so that I can "read" to you, so move over and get ready. :)
  
• He is RUNNING, no more walking!
• He is a CLIMBING fool! ;)
• We no longer are drinking from bottles during the day! Sippy cup for our milk all the way! Momma here is working slowly on the night time bottle! ;)
  
• He is testing me like no other, when I say "NO!" he will turn his little head to the side and smile REALLY sweetly like "who me? get into trouble!?" and I always say "yes, I am speaking to you, DO NOT TOUCH THAT!" :) TESTING! whew!!!
  
• He has fallen in love with Thomas the Train!!!
  
• He cries almost every night when we get home to STAY OUT SIDE! Little does he realize it is dark and he won't be able to see or do much! It is quite pitiful, but I am so thankful that he does like outside! Like Daddy said the other night "buddy, it will be Spring before we know it and we can be outside all night before dinner time!"
• He is dancing up a storm when ANY music comes on! It is quite cute and he loves it when I dance with him!!
  
• He loves playing "chase me"....he will run up to you, then run away and wait for you to run after him!
  
• He has been sickly with the Hand, Foot & Mouth, but thankfully he is on the mend! I just feel so sorry for him when he is sick!
• He is SCREAMING now! HIGH PITCHED!! ha!
  
• He will scream and run after Sophie! He wants to touch her so bad!!

He is 14 months, but SOON to be 15 months!
It is AMAZING how time flies!
and he is so stinking cute if I do say so myself! :)

We are so proud of you! And amazed at how much you have grown and how much you are just like a little person! You make us laugh with your dancing and funny faces! You keep us on our toes and STRIVING for energy! :)
