My friend Sarah's dad is in my hospital, on one of MY floors!! I got to spend 30 minutes with her the other day!! MISS HER SO MUCH!
Soccer has started back.
Reid entertained himself.

Miss Caroline our next door neighbor was at the pool, with her friend Mallory! They were so good to the boys! They had such fun with them!!!!
Reid at first had his towels on the ground right beside her, then I helped him move a chair closer!

Reid was so excited! But again, kept saying how he was going to miss Pierce! Broke my heart!
Of course Reid had already asked if Mrs. Leatherwood brought her vacuum to school to show him! ha!!! I do love how Macon Road lets the kids BE WHO THEY ARE!!!!!!!!!

1st Day of School at Lakeland Elementary!!!
I was so nervous for him! He was afraid we were going to be late and we were 30 minutes early and live 2 minutes from the school! Reid kept saying "I am going to miss Pierce!" Pierce even said "I am going to miss being in the same school as Reid" I told them, next year they will be back together again! :) But Macon Road was so sweet and let them hang out at Lunch together and they did get to see one another MORE often because it was such a small space! I was almost fainting when they were saying these things about each other and too each other! I was like "y'all fight like cats and dogs, but I guess you REALLY do love one another!" :)

8/3/17 A BIG DAY!!!
so, today was the boys last day at Macon Road
and Pierce's "Meet the Teacher" Night at his NEW school!
Pierce was sad going into Macon that morning!
He is going to miss those friends!
Reid is excited because he gets to go back next week! ha!
Goodness at how they have grown!!!
After leaving Macon and saying our GoodByes....
Miss Brittany met us so she and Reid could have a date night so that Brian, Pierce and I could go and learn what we needed to learn!
We met Mrs. Pruitt!
She is ALREADY so nice and communicating like crazy already!
She is a woman after my own heart! :)
Pierce seemed nervous but he opened up and enjoyed looking around the classroom!!
They had a selfie wall! CUTE!!!
and Miss Brittany has a new admirer!
They went to her house to let her pup out!
and THEN she let him use HER vacuum!!!
He was in heaven!!!!
Then they went to Chick-A-Lay!
He gave her like 900 hugs when she dropped him off!!
It was a busy afternoon, but God truly had us in his hands....
It was awesome!!
Now to Reid's orientation on Saturday! :)

Garbage Cans!
So, the other day I was walking through the school supplies
& saw these CUTE garbage cans.
They look like the garbage cans you put at the street for the garbage man to come pick up!
They are ACTUALLY pencil holders!
BUT, I decided the boys needed one EACH to have beside their seat in the cars!
Instead of saying "Momma, can I throw this paper in the floor?"
They NOW can put it in their own personal garbage can!!!
BRILLIANT right??
and they were ONLY 97cents!!!
Can't beat it!!!
I'm pretty proud of myself!
