BLACK BELT TEST/CEREMONY!!!

June 11th, the boys went through a VERY intense physical exam

100 Push UPs and 100 sit ups in 5 minutes

100 side kicks, both sides and 100 punches in 5 minutes

100 slide up side kicks both sides and 100 round kicks both sides in 5 minutes

And run 2 miles in 16 minutes. 

Whew!  I was exhausted for them!!

Then June 14th, we went in for all the kata tests and ceremony!!

SO very proud of them!  3 years in the making of going 2-3 times per week!!!
