10/11/14 is a new special day in our family!
John and Dana tied the knot!
The boys and I went home a few days early so that I could help Momma with rehearsal dinner decorations!
We had such a good time! I told one of my friends that I didn't take as many pictures of things that I would have liked because I was trying to keep an eye on the boys! THANKFULLY Gaga and Poppy came to the wedding to be my helpers to pass the boys off during the wedding and so that we could enjoy the reception!
The reception was a heck of a party! Even the photographer and DJ said so! Everyone danced the night away! INCLUDING my very own Pierce. Literally when they were doing the Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dances.... Pierce was saying "Can I go dance now?? Can I now??" :)
All in all, saying we are/were exhausted was an understatement, but it was a good exhausted, because we had SUCH A GOOD TIME!!!
Thank you so much, John and Dana for asking us to be a part of your big day! We had a blast celebrating with y'all!!!

The only picture I got of them! :) and by showtime, Reid had no more suspenders, his shirt was untucked, he had a pacy in his mouth, his rag in hand and he hopped down the isle with me! THEN he sat on the kneeling benches (just like he is sitting in the above picture) in front of the minister. He had a front row seat to Uncle John and Aunt Dana. :) But as Aunt Dana was walking down, he went and sat with Gaga and Poppy and did so well! Pierce did great! He stood with Brian, fixed the ring pillow and then sat beside Nona and Papa, picked up a hymnal and started licking his fingers to help him flip pages easily! ha! Pierce was tore up that he didn't have the REAL rings on the pillows! He wanted those so badly!!!
As I get away from the situation, they really did do very awesome! They could have laid on the floor and cried and screamed, but they didn't, they were very quiet ..... they just moved like little kids would! After I really thought about it all, I was so very proud. But I was a nervous wreck and so stressed!! My cousin Molly said "girl, you need a valium, they did GREAT and you need to quit stressing!" ha!! I am very proud of them! They are some sweet boys! I am overly blessed!!!

The photographer told Olivia at church the next day she had never seen a family dance together like ours did! Olivia said it right, it was a long time coming and was like a family reunion! We are going to get back on track with seeing each other at least once a year!
