Happenings!

 Mister Man wanted to have ALL his rags for several days!  So, we let him!  He kind of looks like Bob Marley!  :) 

 Pierce was my big helper of folding clothes one night!

Can We Say Stubborn!?

The other evening, Pierce and Reid were playing cars.
I was sitting with them, watching! ha!
Reid snatches a car from Pierce.
Pierce didn't cry, whine or gripe.
I take the car from Reid.
I said to Reid "You tell Pierce you are sorry and you can have the car back"
He cried.  I kept repeating myself.  He would stop, bow his head and stick his bottom lip out.
The crying got worse.  I took him to his room, said "when you stop crying and can apologize and say you are sorry you can come out and be with us"
He quits crying, comes out after a bit and I said "are you ready to say you are sorry?"  
He kept bowing his head and continued to be quiet.
Even Brian was working on it with him.  Reid wanted to watch "mows" (aka vacuums via You Tube).
Brian would say "You can watch them if you just tell Pierce you are sorry"
He continued to be quiet.
He sat in my lap.  We watched two sitcom episodes of The Big Bang Theory (something he wasn't interested in)
Several times during the shows he would ask to watch "Mows"
I repeated, "if you just tell Pierce you are sorry then you can"  and I added "Buddy, you have met your match, we will do this all night long for all I care!"  
:)
He continued to balk.
One HOUR and 1/2 later....  yep, you read that right.....
He sits up, looks at Pierce and says "Sorry Pierce"
He got to watch mows!

Friend Night!

 Brooklyn was so good to Reid all night long.... Little Momma and a great babysitter in the making I think!  ;)
