 So, as we are cleaning out/organizing for our move....

Reid cracks me up with the 1980's sunglasses from Pizza Hut, making us rice in our rice cooker, with his "adult" drink and enjoying Nibbles the bunnies company!  :)  

Then everyone had a visit after the fun moved inside!!!

Then that afternoon Pierce got imaginative and made the turtles a bed with wrist sweat bands! 

Then we had a movie night with the neighbors!  :)

 We stopped at Lowe's for boxes....but had to stop by the vacuums for Reid!  :) 

 Then to the paint shop for paint chips!

Then the ice cream man came by that afternoon!
Great cool down to hot errand running afternoon after school!

 Pierce was excited but nervous!

 Reid was nervous.

He had an upset tummy and he said "I think it is just my nerves!"  

Yep, buddy, it probably is!!

and I love he wants to be a tall kid when he grows up!!

Their new backpacks that they picked out themselves!!! 

Reid did better than expected and I think it was all because Pierce was there.... 

I have prayed for them peace and happiness and prayed for the teachers to treat them with kindness and love.  

The FIRST Dinner!

As many of you know, the last few months have been a journey of buying a house and selling our home of 13 years.  on 8/5/16 we closed on our new home.  at this time we are in the process of a contract in on our old home.  There is great excitement that I have about a new home.... a tad bit more space, a laundry room that is to die for, a back yard that is heaven to the boys, a kitchen that Brian is so excited about.....but at the same time, I am leaving our home that we brought our babies home to, where Brian and family sweated over building us one of the nicest decks around and Brian remembered a memory that is hilarious...we came home our wedding day night and I stood in the bathtub to take my dress off... You say "WHY the bathtub?"  Well, I had so much birdseed coated in my dress that I looked like the pine cone bird feeders you make in Vacation Bible School with peanut butter and birdseed stuck to the peanut butter!  hahahha!  Memories were made and will be remembered fondly.  But new memories will be made and we will have the time of our lives!  

This is 8/5/16 evening, we had a showing at the house, so we decided to have dinner at the new house!  Salad, chicken, peanut butter and crackers, mac and cheese, fruit and raw veggies... :)
