Farm Time!

We got to go to Paris for a quick mini vacation before school starts!
Our last hooray before starting the rat race!
of course the time flew by, I got a nail in my tired, realized I need glasses/contacts & celebrated Uncle John's birthday, but we ate such good food (fresh corn, okra, squash and fried green tomatoes and homemade peach cobbler - why do these never taste like Momma's when I try to make them at home?)

Forget the Flashlights!

Again, it was a moment there was peace in the house!
It was quiet.
So I tip toed up stairs to see what glorious-ness I could see with my own eyes and I walk into the guest bedroom to this.... 

9 lamps and 2 extension cords giving them GREAT light under the bed for them to play!
I said "well, forget the flashlights, lets just bring out LAMPS!" 


they were so proud of themselves!
I was proud they just worked together and PLAYED nicely!  ha!

Brian was worried about burning the house down. 
Enough said!

There are there these times that we walk up on them being SO nice to one another!  :)  LOVE times like these!!
