Wedding Shower.... but more like a Party! :)

Last night, all the girls from work and 2 other girls that used to work with us, met up at Cafe Ole in Midtown to celebrate Devora's upcoming marriage!

We had a blast!
& as our boss, Jane said "I haven't laughed that much in a long time!"

Easter!

Happy Easter Everyone!!! Thank you Lord for all you have done! :)

This past weekend B & I went to Paris for Easter! What a beautiful weekend!! The weather was just perfect! Mom & I did our thing and the men did their thing! :) Kind of sounds like the weekend before! ha!
We also got to meet, Hank, for the first time! Hank is an orphaned baby calf that my Dad has practically brought back to life! He is so little and was still a little weak when we were there visiting but Mom & Dad say he is running like crazy now!! He is a cutie!! He has been residing in my parents basement and screened-in porch until he gets stronger to be out in the pasture with the other cows! He has now upgraded to the dog pen during the day! He is SOLID black and just a toot! :) There is another baby calf in the pasture that has come to the fence to play with him! It is great! His little nose!!!

I know I have said this before, but I do love the country! :)

Weekend FUN : the Zoo, Sewing, Knitting & VISITING! :)

This past weekend, Mr. Bill & Mrs Brenda came for a visit! They stayed with us through Tuesday! We had a blast! It was beautiful weather and we got to enjoy so many things together!

The men went to the movies and did "manly" things to the yard!! :)

While Mrs Brenda & I worked on a sewing project!! I had such a good time at Hobby Lobby and learned so much from her! We got home and get to going really good and BAM! my sewing machine quits working! B & Mr Bill went on a hunt for a belt, found one BUT it didn't work! :( so, off to the repair shop it must go! But I am looking forward to trying to finish it on my own! Eeek! I might be calling Mrs Brenda 20 thousand times! ;)

On Monday, we went to the Zoo! It was gorgeous out! It was cooler that morning and the animals were out "sunning"! We caught 2 Keeper Chats! One at the Pandas & one at the Giraffes! The Giraffe's Keeper was an interesting fella! He kept our attention! He had a bucket of bananas and he said "It looks like they love me, right? but not really.... they just know I have BANANAS!" and Lo and Behold when he showed them the empty bucket they backed up like "What are we doing? We didn't mean to talk to you!" It was really funny! We also got to see the newest addition to the Memphis Zoo...... Teton Trek! The wolves and grizzly's were sweet! I mean, as sweet as they can be!! but the grizzlys were playing up a storm!!! There weren't many people there which was SO NICE! and the trees were blooming!!! :) It was just an awesome day all around!!!

and then they had to leave..... :( We had such a good time! Thank y'all for everything!! We love you much!!!!
