Wicked!!

Brian surprised me this Wednesday night by saying “want to go and see Wicked tomorrow night”!!! I was so shocked! We are NOT real spontaneous so this was very spontaneous for us!! Ha! I was so excited! So, Thursday night, he picked me up from work and we headed Downtown to the Orpheum! We had enough time that we grabbed a bite to eat and then slowly walked to the Theater. Thursday was the start to my 32 week, so I made B take my Bump picture at the Peabody Hotel! The show was FABULOUS! I LOVED IT! It might be my new favorite, just right behind Oklahoma! J It was funny and had such a great story line!!! B even said “I enjoyed it more than I thought I would!” Thank you B for such a WONDERFUL surprise!!

Halloween is just around the corner…..and I can’t wait!!!

Trick or Treat!!!

October 2nd, 2010 weekend, we traveled to Oxford for a Baby Shower in The Grove (or Circle)! Given by my two good college friends Autumn & Audra! Mr. Bill, Mrs, Brenda, Jenn & Jason came up on Friday along with Dad, Mom & John coming down on Friday night! We all had a great dinner and enjoyed one another’s company! Then Saturday morning we got up early and headed to the game! It was a beautiful day, not to hot and breezy! The girls all stayed and held down the fort at the tent while the guys went and enjoyed the game! We received so many gifts! Baby B got his “Discovery Station!”, his first Glow Worm and an Ole Miss jersey with Baumeister written on the back (It actually did fit!) Food consisted of delicious fruit, a pumpkin roll (my FAVE), little sandwiches and football cupcakes! Brock can show you how it turned your mouth blue! ;) Audra was a trooper too, Thompson was only 5 weeks old and she had him at his 1st Ole Miss Football game! :)

It was a long day, but OH SO enjoyable!

October 9th & 10th, 2010 weekend we traveled to Paris for a 2 showers in 1 weekend deal! :)

On Saturday, my Paris girls, Amy, Ellen & Julie threw Baby B a shower at Ellen’s house! There was a GREAT turn out! Even 2 babies that were only 4 and 3 weeks old! Those Mommas’s are troopers if you ask me!!! :) We got our High Chair, along with an OWL Pack & Play, and a travel swing and many other sweet sweet things!! Owls were the theme! Amy had made homemade owls and owl signs and Owl candy favors! I just loved it all!!! Foods that started with “C” was the unintended theme…..”Cupcakes, Carrots, Cucumber Sandwiches, Chocolate Brownies, Carmel Apples, and Cheese ball…. :) The girls said that was a sign that we should name Baby B a “C” name!!! :)

Johns! 3 weeks old!

Gavin! 4weeks old!

Uncle John's wrapping and happy for the shower! He wanted to see me open it so I did it the night before for him! :)

On Sunday, Aunt Bobbie, Shannon & Olivia along with great help from Mary Raye & Kirkland, threw Baby B a shower at the First Baptist Church! Again we had such a great turn out and SO MANY gifts! We got our Diaper Genie, Diaper Bag, our first set of Bottles, the Baby’s first Longerburger basket, the sweetest Feltman outfit and our Mobile for the bed!!! I was even surprised with a gift from Mrs Brenda that her and Momma had snuck around and done on the Ole Miss Shower weekend!!! They got a DELICIOUS Jerry Joyner Cake (Mom says you haven’t lived until you have had one of his cakes and she is oh so right!), along with homemade Booties with toffee trail mix in it, which was to DIE for!

Margie, MeeMaw's neighbor for YEARS! She was my sugar cookie fix! I'd walk over and say "Hi Margie, got any sugar cookies!?" They were delicious! She is 96 years old, does she not look wonderful!? I love her!!!

I was overwhelmed with all the gifts and how much people cared and showed their support to us!! There is no way to express the way we feel, we are so thankful! :)

Whew! I think I have written enough, but at the same time I don’t think that I did telling about the showers justice! They were just plain great! I was so happy and enjoyed every minute of them all!!
