Reid loves to blow dry (really turned on!) my hair! and he likes to PRETEND to use the flat - "I-REN" (Flatiron!) ha!!
Goodness, so the next few pictures show a very sick little boy. 1/5/15 evening, Reid was inconsolable. NOT like my Reid. He is very strong. When he throws up he just says "Ok, me done" but this night, he was NOT able to tell me what was up. Finally after 4 hours of crying, I said "we are going to the ER" We pack up about midnight, leaving Brian and Pierce at home. Brian worrying himself silly. On the WAY to the ER, bless Reid he throws up! All over! I stop on the side of the road to strip him. When I get to the ER I have to take him in, in only his pull up and a blanket. I FELT HORRIBLE! Thankfully Methodist Germantown had JUST opened that week a new Kiddo ER. We didn't even sit down, they instantly took us back. They were so sweet. They tried to use bubbles to make him settle down! He wouldn't let me put the hospital gown on him. They took XRays. They thought he had a small bowel obstruction. THANKFULLY XRays showed clear as a bell. His ears though, were a MESS!! Not 6 hours earlier he had been fine, he ACTUALLY had dried my hair in the above picture. It just amazes me how it can HIT at a blink of an eye. We came home. He threw up again on the ride home. and continued to throw up until the next day. I decided I didn't really feel comfortable with him NOT seeing Dr. Zeibarth so we set out the next morning to visit him! He was worried, even said Reid was NOT himself. They drew blood. His white count was whack, something viral they said! So, he had a HUGE UGLY ear infection AND a viral ick. Double whammy! Thankfully I had taken days off to organize my life (house) (which didn't end up happening because of all the sickness and then our poor MJs dad passed away too) so, I was so thankful that I could be home with him and get him better! So, home from Dr Z's and in the Walgreens pharmacy line I am trying to pay for our meds while turned around in my seat helping Reid throw up in a bag! I have the VOMIT MOBILE! :) Anyways. All is well now, he is feeling much better! I just pray that is our BIG happening for the year! :)
